Don Donald, ALC is the Qualifying Broker for The Great Southern Land, Inc. in Camden, Alabama. Don began his real estate career as a part time agent of Great Southern Land in 1986 while still a full time aerospace engineer working for NASA in Huntsville. Don would spend his weekdays designing space rockets at Redstone Arsenal then travel home to Pine Apple for the weekends where he would sell more land than most full time agents. He took an early retirement from NASA in January 1992 so he could live full time in Pine Apple and hasn’t looked back. Great Southern Land has benefited greatly from Don’s management of the Camden office where in addition to property sales he has also acted as an appraiser and real estate adviser.

Don holds the Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation of the REALTORSĀ© Land Institute and is active in numerous organizations including his church, Bethsaida Baptist Church in Furman, Alabama. Don loves history and the outdoors and would love to tell you about the history of Wilcox County and how to improve your outdoor experience on land you buy from him.
