This very nice tract is located a few miles northwest of Lisman in west Choctaw County, Alabama and about 10 miles from the Mississippi state line. The county seat of Butler is located approximately 12 miles southwest of the property, and Meridian, Mississippi is only 30 miles away. Tuckabum Creek, a year round flowing stream, runs through the northeast part of the property. There is a beautiful lake on the west side of County Road 45 which bisects the property as shown on the maps. The property is accessed by the power line right-of-way which runs diagonally through the property. There are locked gates at the entrance of each off County Road 45. There is also a road which runs north of the lake and which provides access to the north power line ROW and the beautiful timber stand in the northwest corner. Both power line ROWs provide access to the north and south portions of the property.
