Birch Hill Preserve
This well-located 312-acre property is only about 1/2 mile south of Interstate 85 in the Pike Road area of Alabama’s famous Black Belt Region. The hunting in this area is exceptional! Most of the timber was harvested a few years ago; however, there are some hardwood SMZs that were not cut and there is a nice stand of mature pines on the north side of the property. The 5 large food plots that were planted prior to the timber being cut are still in place and the almost 3 miles of interior roads have a hard base allowing you good access even in the wet winter period.
Line Creek is the east property line and there are a couple of smaller creeks that feed into Line Creek. There is also a small fish pond on the northern section of the property. If you like to shoot ducks this property definitely checks that box. A duck pond is located on the western portion of the property, and a few sloughs are scattered throughout the rest of the property.
Power and water are available.

WHY BUY LAND?
In light of what is going on in the world today, there has never been a better time to buy land. 1) Land can be a great hedge against inflation, 2) Land does not fluctuate erratically like the stock market, and 3) Land will ALWAYS be there for tomorrow. 4) Land provides a healthy environment away from the masses and can even provide food for your family.
