This tract is well located in Autauga County. It is a short 5-minute drive from Exit 186 (Pine Level exit) off of I-65, just north of Prattville and Millbrook. Access is directly off of Upper Kingston Road, a paved county road, and there are three access points from the paved road. Water and power are available on site.
The owners recently had a dozer come in and construct some new roads so that you have good internal access on this property.
The timber on this tract was cut about 2 years ago. However, there are about 50 acres where the timber was not harvested. The remaining timber consists of Hardwoods and Pine. The hardwoods provide food for the deer and turkey and the pines provide a great vantage point from which to see deer moving in the draws. There are also a couple of good lake sites located on the land.
