This +/-97-acre tract lies about a mile south of Fairnelson and is bisected by a county gravel road, with only a small part lying south of the road. The timber consists of a very good stand of 16-17 year old loblolly pine which has been recently thinned. Well-maintained woods roads provide easy access to the tract. A power line running through the tract provides game field sites. This is a very good timberland tract with excellent hunting. One half the subsurface mineral rights will be transferred upon a sale of the property.
