This /-2,007 acre tract is located northeast of Brantley and southeast of Luverne as noted on the attached location map. There is a county road that runs throught the center of the property and Sandy Creek flows through the east side as noted on the topographic map. This tract features excellent stands of loblolly pine plantations ranging in age from 5 to 10 years with older merchantable plantations ranging in age tp 30 years. There are significant stands of hardwood timber along the creek and the drains. The attached stand map lists the stand components by acreage and age.
