This unique tract of land is located 7 miles northwest of Luverne, 12 miles east of Greenville and 50 miles south of Montgomery. The property fronts on county road 7 in the Black Rock community. Most of the property is wooded with a good stand of hardwood timber. There are lots of white oaks and the timber looks really good. Hunting in this part of Crenshaw county is above average due to the fact that there is still lots of row crop farming, especially peanuts and corn. There are four large food plots scattered around the property providing good hunting opportunities. These plots have shooting house in place and there is also several ladder stands located in the hardwood bottoms along the creek.
