This property is located north of the historic town of Pine Apple and in the Allenton community of eastern Wilcox County as noted. The property consists of a mix of merchantable hardwood and merchantable and pre-merchantable pine plantation. The acreages in each stand are shown in the attached aerial stand map. The pre-merchantable plantation is 10-11 years old. Callie Creek runs throughout the south part of the tract. This tract also offers outstanding deer and turkey hunting, and there are several game plots located throughout the property. The property is accessed off County Highway 24 on a road that runs north to south. The old railroad bed on the east side also provides an excellent road to this side of the property.
