This 53.3-acre tract is located as noted in the attached maps in a very isolated area accessed by a county maintained gravel road. It lies east of the abandoned Jerusalem Church. There is public electrical power available to the church site, and a portion northwest area of this tract fronts and crosses the county road . The general access to this tract is a grown up road coming in from the west adjacent to the church lot. The tract is well stocked with primarily pine pulpwood with areas of young hardwood along the drains. The topography is moderately rolling as noted in the topographic map. Photographs of the property, access road, and church are shown herein. The timber was cruised by John Jones, Registered Forester, in April 2010 and the timber volumes have been grown forward to October 2015. The updated cruise shows approximately 4,625 tons of pine pulpwood and 230 tons of hardwood pulpwood.
