This property is located west of Camden, the county seat of Wilcox County as noted in the maps. It lies south of County Road 20 and State Highway 10, and is located a short distance from the Alabama River. Access is off CR 20 on a well maintained woods road. The timber consists of a mix of loblolly pine, bottom and hill hardwood, and cypress. The volumes from a recent timber cruise will be furnished upon request. There is a year round flowing creek that flows through the property. The west side is basically bottomland whereas the east side is hilly. This is an excellent timber growing tract which also offers outstanding hunting. Electric power is located a short distance away on the adjoining tract.
