10-047 Monterey Tract

This nice timbered tract is located near the west Butler County of Monterey.  It is accessed off  County Road 12 on an old public county gravel road which is no longer maintained by Butler County, but which provides legal access.  The timber consists of mixed pine and hardwood which is merchantable now, but will significantly increase in volume over the next few years.  There are four established game plots on the tract with other areas available to construct more.  Breastwork Creek, a year around flowing stream, flows through the southern part of the property.  This is an excellent timber tract investment in addition to being a great hunting tract.
