45-031 Farmersville Tract

This excellent hunting and timber property is located  in the Farmersville community of south Lowndes County, Alabama.  It is accessed off  County Road 63 west along a county maintained gravel road (Willow Farm Road) as shown in the attached maps. The timber consists of mature loblolly pine, younger loblolly pine plantation, and hardwood in the drain areas. There are several established game plots with game observation houses on the tract at the present time. There is an older home on the property that has been converted into a very nice camp house.
